What we do..

We take full ownership from shell to handing over fully finished, tested, and snag-free bathrooms – with one point of responsibility and the OTIF programme certainty.

We remove friction from bathroom delivery by replacing multi-trade complexity with one accountable package. We standardise the build process, align every interface (structure, MEP, waterproofing, finishes, screens/joinery), and hand back completed bathrooms that protect programme and reputation—so projects run smoother, teams collaborate better, and outcomes are right first time.

Our mission

“Give main contractors programme certainty, consistent quality and predictable cost through a disciplined, repeatable process”

“One point of responsibility, full owership”
